Taking a minute to reflect on the past week is one way to record progress toward your long term goals and prepare for the week ahead. During classes and more busy periods of life, I like doing this Friday mornings, so I know what my weekend looks like before it begins. This also helps me maximize my time over the weekend and truly enjoy spending time with friends. Otherwise, doing a reset on Sunday works as well. Along with journaling, I usually block out some time to prep for the week (more skincare, cook a nice meal, meal prep etc).

Here are a few prompts to guide weekly journaling & planning! You definitely don’t need to use them all.
- What were your favorite moments last week?
- What are you looking forward this week?
- What did you accomplish last week? What do you still need to finish?
- What do you want to prioritize this week?
- What habits do you want to make time for?
